A couple days ago I did 20pounds of brats 50/50 elk/pork they turned out pretty good I used premixed seasonings and I did 10 pounds of jalapeno brats and 5 pounds of Mexican cheddarwurst and added a half pound of hi temp cheddar to these I also did 5 pounds of regular brats here are the pics(https://hunting-washington.com/smf/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fimg.tapatalk.com%2Fd%2F14%2F01%2F30%2Fysemyvut.jpg&hash=58e792056d6b91ba29a76a58ec468816ac395699)

Dogtuk, you consistently have some of the best darned looking meats on here.

Dogtuk, you consistently have some of the best darned looking meats on here.

Do you ever smoke any of those?

Looks great!

Ice I do smoke them sometimes usually two -four hours of smoke at a low temp 120 or lower but I like them on the grill so most just get thrown on the grill

sounds good, I did 20lb's of brats with the pepper jack hi temp cheese and 10lbs with the cheddar, the pepper jack turned out much better. the cheddar will be good as gifts

The Jalapeno Brats are great I like them with the Hi Temp cjeese but I did not have enough cheese for them and did them without the cheese they are still really good I think you will like them

The Jalapeno Brats are great I like them with the Hi Temp cjeese but I did not have enough cheese for them and did them without the cheese they are still really good I think you will like them

Just saw the box I don't have the brats it's jalapeno summer sausage.  :twocents:

Thats good also I like it with cheese but its good without not much heat to it at all might add some cayanne to it to kick it up some
