I have been shooting everyday for over a month. I am amazed at what I have missed out on for 41 years.. I love shooting my bow!!!
I have called Coach, and Blrman on several occasions asking advice. It is all coming together.
I have a 4 pin sight. 20,30, 40 and 50. And can put three arrows in the kill zone from each yardage..
I let one fly from 83 yards for the first time ever this past weekend and hit my target. But i learned I will never let one fly past 50 yds. Thats just me and how my confidence is..
Cannot wait to get my first kill with a bow!!!!
Thanks again Coach!!!!

Great to hear, I like it when it all comes together and someone falls into the archery world

Get into shooting 3-D's and you will get hooked even more. They are a blast to shoot and we have a great community of archers who attend these shoots, making shooting buddies comes easy.

Glad to hear you're keeping the dust off that thing. Keep up the good work.

Another rifle hunter lost to the deep dark woods. I blame Coach.

. Actually I would blame Aaron! At least that's what I have always done :chuckle:

True enough. I stand corrected sir.

Better start practicing to see how fast you can get out of a tree stand after devouring some of Plats pepperoni. :yike:

I don't advise trying to shoot tight groups. Pick different dots to shoot each time. Arrows are too expensive to robin hood. Lesson learned for me.
