Title: New Smoker
Post by: KNOPHISH on February 14, 2014, 05:03:38 AM
I just got a big new smoker that looks like the one in the Full Smoker thread. The chip pan is huge compared to the Big chief I've been using. How full do you guys fill your chip pan? Seems like it would hold half a bag+ & says I need to run a load of chips thru 1st to seal & assume season. Thanx
