Title: .357/38 primer reloading question

What do you use for 357/ 38 as far as primers go and why. Standard or magnum primers.

I always use cci mags.  I don't load 38 always 357

 :) I use standard small pistols, I only load target loads in both, wad cutters.

I do use regular small pistol for .38, and small pistol magnum for .357.. unless there are no small pistol magnum..

I use CCI mag primers for both.  Why?  Because I bought 2000 primers and that's what I have. :tup:

I follow the load manuals. Magnum not needed except where indicated (for H110).
For 38:
Unique: Small Pistol

For 357:
Unique: Small Pistol
Alliant 2400: Small Pistol
H110: Small Pistol Magnum

I use mostly CCI, but some Federal SP Magnum, because that is what was available at the time.
