Title: Selling a class II firearm????
Post by: BKMFR on February 25, 2014, 07:38:05 AM
Does anyone have any experience in selling a class II firearm. I have a 300 Whisper with a suppressor, all legal with proper permits in my name, I purchased rifle from SSK Industries. I want to sell it, what do I need to do? Any members done this before? I know I can call ATF but just checking here first.....
Thanks!

... , just an FFL required for anything other than a face to face sale.

An FFL is only required for out of state sales.  You can ship the rifle to the buyer within WA.

Selling the gun itself is no problem.  Selling the suppressor--well, it would be easier to get rid of your wife!...legally...  :sry:
Unless you can find someone willing to go through the hassle of buying it, you pretty much made a lifetime purchase!  :twocents:
