Title: S&W 32 cal front break

a friend called and says he has had this gun for 30 yrs,nickle plated or chrome,5 shot double action,ser #30969 I have not seen it yet, wondering what anyone might know about this handgun,I cant find an age online by the number...

That gun is an antique.  I have seen them before, in various old cartridge chamberings.  In good condition, they will shoot, but I would put them in the wall-hanger/collector category... :twocents:
