Just thought I would share a few pics of my buddies new "remount". Deer was killed in 1982 and scores 202 4/8".
It was getting a little slow!!! :chuckle:. Thought I would warm up your blood a bit and see if your still thinking hunting! :chuckle: :dunno:

What a Toad! What state was it harvested in?

Right here in eastern wa. 20 miles from Spokane.

Wow! I wouldn't have thought that to be a WA native! That's awesome. Great that he could preserve a respectful buck like that. The only time I have seen a whitey like that in WA is......never
-
Was it aged by chance ???? Great buck, looks old, not just the way it was remounted, but structure wise.

Don't know if he was ever aged. He was definitely an older buck. We have hunted the same wood lots and they still hold some real nice deer. A lot of them with non typical traits.

Incredible, I live in Deer Park, and have never seen anything close to this. Finding one of these in daytime is awesome.

That's a dandy,I used to have a kodak photo of a wall mounted buck an aquaintance shot in colorado when he was 16,mule deer buck that was non typical and scored 247 something points in the safari club, buck was shot in about 1975 or 76. He was 38 1/2 inside of the main frame and had a straight out sticker that got out to 43 wide,27 points of trash on one side and 30 on the other.Magnificent animal. His owner shot himself a few years ago after a lifes struggle with demons.I often wonder what happend to "Fred" the wonderbuck.
