Title: Speedball hevi shot and fiochii tundra
Post by: duckmen1 on March 03, 2014, 05:19:12 PM
Anyone ever use these loads. Picked up some boxes of 3.5 inch number 5s of speed ball and a 3 inch bb in tundra.
9.99 a box
Just wondering people's success or failure with these shells. Expensive regular price I know but for the sale I got them for figured I would give them a try.

Speed Ball are great loads other than being very pricey for a box of ten shells.  They work awesome on big geese.  I can't justify the expense for ducks as I kill them just fine with the less expensive stuff.  Why pay $2.50 a shot when .50 cent a shell works just fine.

Ya I won't pay full price but figured for a buck a shell I would try them out for fun.
