I stopped in Dakota Creek Guns & Outfitting today. They opened this past Saturday. They had a good selection and ammo. A fairly large space that is brand new. The staff used to work at Yeager's and now opened there own place. Lots of new gun shops popping up these days. If you have good cash flow and can get ammo, it's less risky than the stock market and more rewarding.

Where in Ferndale are they located?
I'll have to stop in and toss them some support.

I was there yesterday, they do have lots of ammo, not quite completely set up yet,but it's in it's infancy,my first impression was that this is going to be a pretty darned good local store and that's what we need.6X6, it's between slater and smith on pacific highway, tucked in behind the Wilsons Furniture store.I'll give another report on another new store friday, the pictures of what they have is a reloaders DREAM,POWDER,PRIMERS and DIES GALORE!I saw 10 1 pounders of Reloader 22.I saw the shotgun powder I've been looking for going on 6 weeks now IN an 8 pounder! According to the email I got that picture is the tip of the iceberg.

Thanks wildweeds. May have to stop by there tomorrow. I'll be at the County Planning building on Slater and Northwest tomorrow to renew a permit.
The other store somewhere up here too? PM me if you wish.
