:yike: shows how powerful those things can be too, just dragged that dog off like it was nothing once the wolf got hold.

If that were my dog, and that was here in WA, I would have a hard time standing by and not letting the air out of that vermin. My poor little dog would be a Scooby snack to some wolf.

There are already dogs missing in NE WA, presumably to wolves that have been seen nearby the residence.

Several, I have talk to some who said they didn't want to give wolves a bad name, their reason for refusing to go public. And as we have seen WDFW do Not report wolf/dog attacks. WDFW would rather pay for the vet bill and keep people silent.  :bash: :bash: :bash:

Those wolves on Vancouver island(Canis lupus crassodon);  are quite a bit smaller and less aggressive than the wolves we have now in WA.

Those of us living in rural areas will be building bus shelters, just like the folks down in southern states.

Video's that WDFW and CNW hate to see.

This Video should be share far and wide, because this has already been happening in WA, and it will continually get worse as the prey base is decimated.

Like guns, it probably doesn't fit an agenda that some push.

I don't know the whole story but it would seem that the whole world has time to video everything but cannot get involved with stopping/preventing said incident.
I'll bet that wolf could easily have been run off by just running out there after it especially with two other dogs there.

If it would have been after any of mine, there would have been a lot of dead wolf everywhere. :bash:

All I know is that I've seen wolves in two states.  I saw a pack on Prince of Wales island in AK a couple of years ago.  They were not near as large as the wolf I saw in Montana.  When I first saw the MT wolf, I assumed it was a deer.  It was heck of a lot bigger than the wolves I saw on the island.

Really? I know some folks in the Methow Valley who had to fire a 12 gauge at close range in order to get a black wolf off their dog. WDFW paid the vet bill, and it never hit the news.

Maybe Canadian gun control had something to do with the lack of bullets in that wolf.  Wouldn't work for the wolf in my yard I can tell you that.

I don't think I would fire to scare the aggressor away, I would fire for effect.  :bfg:

That wolf looked about half the size as your big Canadian grey.   Interesting.   As stated coming to a porch near you.

[/quote]True, but a scatter gun sure wouldn't be the weapon of choice in that case!

Look at the positive side.  There are likely a lot shot and never recorded but this guy actually took  a video for proof it does happen.  The bunny huggers cant deny its happening with video proof.  We all know they would deny it because thats in their motto.  Lie, deny, deceive and file suits.
