Buddy told me he was headed up the Clockum for an antlerless hunt this year for archery. Any truth to this? Or will he have to wait for the new regulations to come out before planning his hunt?
-
to the best of my knowledge early archery is by permit..late season open to antlerless..
-
Unless there were changes made early is permit / draw only and there is no late season archery in the clockum.
-
Isn't the clocklum unit 328? Naeum unit which does have a later archery
-
Naneum, taneum, teanaway are open....the north side of the clockum is closed. Mission unit. So yes the south, south west portion is open. I live on the other side and think of the clockum more on this side. :sry:

makes sense .. no worries")

Thanks fellas. Gonna make sure I pass that info along

Guys are right. The area is true spike bull only in the early and true spike and antlerless in the late. They bumped the count of cow tags from 50 in 2012 to 150 in 2013. Wdfw hasn't put anything out as far as I know right now.

The proposed hunting seasons and permits has been available for a couple months now. It can be found on the WDFW website.

I heard they may be giving out 600 more antlerless tags this year, probably split up between all weapons
