I was just out mowing my yard and found an expired beaver! :yike: Don't know how long it's been there but the pelt look's like it's still in good shape.
Anybody wants it come and get it. Kingston, Kitsap County. It's a pretty one too!!

Be careful if you handle an animal that is found dead for no apparent reason. A friend of mine 'found' a beaver that looked ok, skinned it and then checked the liver. It died of Tularemia. Wash your hands if you touch it.

I wouldn't touch an expired beaver without exam gloves anyway or even a live one! :yike: :chuckle:
