Does anyone know if ducks have moved down into the Winchester area yet?

theres a few birds in there. with everything freezing up it should start getting pretty good.

everything else is frozen. should be good. I know the few canals that still have moving water are loaded.

thats what im seeing, anything with open water is money right now.
