is this more about ares armor who was raided last month?
if so no joke if not who knows more than likely true do to what they did to ares armor!

The 'lower' in question, was never a production model.  It was a prototype model that was sent to BATFE to be certified.  It failed certification because of the ease of removing the serial number.  Changes were made before anything was sold to the public.  If you read the entire article, that's all pretty clear.
