2 racks of baby backs and 1 rack of spare ribs. I soaked the spare ribs in apple juice overnight and made my own rub.  With smoked Mac and cheese

Those look damn good, I like to soak mine sometimes also.  What time and temp?

225 for 4 to  5 hrs for baby backs. 6 hrs for spare ribs.

Very nice looking ribs there!!!!!  The color on them is perfect.  I bet they didn't last long.
