The obvious downfall is having the frame and fabric extending off the bow, catching on brush, etc. in the heat of the moment. I've always thought the Montana and Heads Up styles look more natural when they're behind some cover- that might be a little harder with this one. Under the right situation I bet it would work extremely well.
