Title: Anyone fill their tag at the end of the season?
Post by: clindsayrun on November 23, 2008, 06:32:53 PM
Anyone fill their tag on the east side during deer season? We took a shot at one but missed.

I just saw a large sow yesterday at work up Toats Coulee near Oroville.  Lots of snow up there, seems a little late for them to be out...but hey, what do I know.

I also saw a really nice Bobcat in my backyard, however a shot was not possible.

Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone else has seen any bears lately.

How far down is the snow?  Used to do a lot of snowmobileing up Toats.

I have not seen one since end of November...but my little bro saw one during Modern Deer in Twisp...

They are safe now, all snug in their holes...!

At least...till spring...MUAHAHAHAH

Plenty of snow at the turn off to Iron Gate.

Snowing today in Oroville.
