Think back on your archery elk misses. Were they mostly high or low? Betcha I can guess ;)
-
The several misses I've had were low. >:( Quartered away, down hill shots.
-
All the misses I've ever seen are due to not accounting for inclines :twocents:

Have never missed one..knock on wood!
-
missed only one and that was last year at 18 yards.hit a limb :bash:
-
Had a yote duck my arrow at 14 yards only one I've missed so far.

Only one miss at a animal, Biggest bull I have seen in the area It was just low. :bash: I will never forget that day EVER.

I never get the chance to shoot so I don't know yet...I let ya know when I finally let one fly. I'm hoping for a clean pass-through though!

I've only taken two shots, so my sample size is small. Both were last year in two consecutive days. The first went high. I didn't have my range finder and in the heat of the moment guess that the elk was farther than it was. I knew what I did as soon as I touched my release. Talk about a sinking feeling. But, I got back on the same herd the next day and redeemed myself!

47 yards my first year of hunting on a trophy. Not sure but I think I sailed it right over his back :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash:
