Title: Deer season coyote
Post by: soccerftw123 on April 20, 2014, 08:15:17 PM: I shot this in deer season at about two yards. I put the second arrow in the lungs because he was still breathing after five minutes and I was by myself and a little nervous.

I was walking down a trail and he came running from the other way, there was a curve in the trail, drew back while he was around it shot at about 2 yards. Never knew I was there

Post by: jrebel on April 21, 2014, 11:21:03 AM: Love it when I capitalize on targets of opportunity!!! I had the exact same thing happen when I was muzzy elk hunting a few years back. Shot the yote and later that afternoon got my elk.
