That should work just fine.

They do look sweet.

SO far only available in Woodenville at Three Rivers and another tackle shop in Burlington.
But I have talked the the manufacturer and gonna get me hands on some from him directly ;)

Sure they'd work; can't say they seem necessary. Ling'll eat darn near anything. Greenling or herring live are excellent, better than sand dabs imo. Most any jigs work too. But, any lure has to catch the fisherman before it can catch the fish.

My feelings exactly, 20+ years of guiding in Alaska has taught me lings aren't picky, if you find them and drop something with a hook in front of them, very high likelihood, their going to eat it. :twocents:

Been using these for a couple of years. They work good but do not outfish a pipejig or berkely power grub. This is in Neah bay so maybe in the sound they may work better.

Gonna meet up with the guy but he has so busy pouring them for Three Rivers, he cant keep any on hand, so I have not got mine yet.

Herring and green lings work great but those flounders will produce bigger fish!

My ling last Wednesday had a little flounder about 7 inches in its belly.
