Title: TENDER
Post by: BONE COLLECTOR on November 25, 2008, 12:08:16 PM: no tag soup this year. my tag was good for anterless/collerless damage hunt. small...but it's my first elk. chased it through the brush till i got a shot, with help from a friend was able to drag it to the river, go get the boat and float it out.

nice. i shot one about that size (lost it) a couple years ago and the guys on the mountain gave me hell or a rashing for it.

like LTL said there is not bad first elk. good job. i cant wait to get my 1st
