Ribs turned out pretty good. Smoked them at 225

What took you so long!!!!  I have been smoking for the past two months and i just can't stop....  Those ribs look delicious :tup:

You must have a different model than mine. I can't fit whole slabs in I have to cut them in half

It's a 48" 4 rack from Cabelas.

How is it for holding temp and temp adjustability?  I am tired of having to cut my racks up as well, and my smoker has been tempermental holding temps.
