Title: Lincoln time
Post by: bearmanric on May 07, 2014, 09:44:18 AM: Heading out. Going to stay 5 days at Rainbow fall's. ;) Caught up on callmaking my time now. Tuned up some call's there cranking. Wanted to wait till may make sure there out. If I have cell service I will show my stands. This is what I live for. Rick ;) ;) ;)

My main bear call. It's killer for the sound I want. Sweet and Raspy. I was lucky enough to cnc last October 154 in Michigan were I make my Toneboards. They are out of Delrin awesome sound.

Hopefully it gets going in the next couple of weeks.

That bear was sure sweet cant get to my good spots just to many logging operations. Back to callmaking going to make some awesome calls this week. Orange stabilized box elder burl. Rick

Looked like over 200lbs and a really nice coat. Bunch of coyotes up there, eating fawns like crazy. Might get out Sat but its been really tuff hunting.

Had a guy with me last weekend try calling him after the fog rolled through...but we are both rookies so it probably sounded to him like a baboon rather then a fawn! Give it one more go tomorrow then hang up the boots till fall. Good hunting.
