Title: Is this ML legal in WA?

I know 0 about ML hunting but I was given this gun while out of state that's why it has scope mounts but is it legal to hunt with in WA?

Nipple looks exposed so as long as it's not using 209 ignition it should be legal in WA.

how would i find out what primers I should use?

It can only use percussion caps #11 or musket caps.
