So my package with 3000 primers showed up today. While my wife was signing, the UPS driver asked her what exactly all of these were for. My wife simply told him that I'm an avid shooter. She said that the driver just looked at her for a second before taking back the scanner. He then asked if all of the powder he delivered was for me as well or if I was splitting it with somebody else. She told him that the powder he delivered was just the stuff that I couldn't find locally. Apparently the driver just stood there for a second before asking my wife what exactly my business does (the boxes are all addressed to my business). When she told him that I was a FedEx Ground contractor, she said that his only response was "Well that explains it!" and he left.
Now my wife is convinced that I'm on a government watch list and that she's on there too for signing for all of this stuff. And she's convinced that the UPS guy thinks I'm a terrorist. I'm going to go ahead call this a win-win!

Sounds like she handle it well. I think my response would have been, "It's none of your business."

A few weeks ago I had to do a road call on a local fed ex ground contractors truck. Turns out the women driver was the one that delivers to my house. When I told her my address she new exactly where I lived and showed me a picture on her phone of the sign in my front window that reads "due to the increased price in Ammo warning shots will no longer be fired" She thought it was hilarious and had been showing the picture to all her friends.
