Was hoping to find all 5 point or better. :chuckle: But I will take what I can get 8) Spent some time focusing on locating the two biggest sets. The first one was a gorgeous side by side! But the other Set was elusive, I located the left and spent close to 16 hours locating the match. Located it in a bedding area dropped in a sheltered bed covered in salal. Old boy knows how to hide..... If only he was hanging out there in September :bash:
The sets in the living room are from the most recent excursion and it was raining sideways so no lawn pics. :sry: The two small sets had a story..... Spotted the first one from the raghorn and noticed another 10 or 15 yards away.... Cool figured it was a match. Nada. Same side from different bulls. I was a little hurried for time, so i did a couple quick laps that turned up no matches. Decided to just pick a line and try to work my way out in the direction I needed to head and maybe get lucky..... 300 to 400 yards away spotted the match to the 5 rag. Nearly tripped over the match to the small rag 30 yards from it. Guess they were buddies :chuckle:.... Kinda cool. The other set was a no brainer, bull dropped in a bed, and dumped the other side when he got up. Gotta love that.
Picked up some solid singles as well, that I couldnt match up, Oh well maybe I will get lucky while scouting. For now its back to the gym, and scouting for bulls in September!!
