just a few of the boys coming in. last year I planted half acre of imperial whitetail clover and 3/4 acre of imperial whitetail extreme. I also started putting out 30/06 plus protein minrels. that year I had tons of does and few lil bucks. one fawn buck had 3" spikes! first time ive ever seen antlers on a spotted fawn that didn't resemble acorns.

this year the bucks are looking bigger and there are quite a few more. before long my new honey hole may just be my back 40 :tup:
sure is fun watching them develop. im quite happy with the herd health this year. in years past I used bio logic food plot mixes and have never seen much action.

Post by: 4fletch on June 04, 2014, 12:26:35 AM: I planted alfalfa and grass 2 years ago growing nice with no maintance except for killing some nasty weeds. Cle Elum fire moved the elk out for a year plus they finally came back this spring I am happy.

Im not sure what your referring to but there is a deer in the left back ground of the 3 pic
