Title: so what happens if you drew quality and bull.
Post by: beaslayer6 on June 11, 2014, 05:51:22 PM: I drew rimrock archery tag and a alkali bull tag. I have hunted rimrock a ton but never alkali I know a lot of it is army training grounds. are you allowed on the grounds to hunt? any info would be awesome thanks..

Post by: jackelope on June 11, 2014, 05:53:59 PM: You can only kill one elk. Pick your location I guess...there is a process to be allowed onto the firing range to hunt. Some safety training, you hunt around there schedule. It's a tough hunt. It sucks that you used all your points on one elk. Start doing your homework now on the Alkali if you want to hunt.

Pay ten bucks and get a map and card. then go to police station and register weapons. Then go to the front gate and sign in to what areas you want to go in. You have to have orange on at all times even in your car.

I've never had to pay cause I'm AD but the buddy I went with only has to pay $10, this was in the fall?
