Used to hunt the Quilomene in the 60's with rifle when I was a kid.  HUGE open areas.

Martin1 I also drew the late season archery tag.  Second quality deer tag in ten years.  Drew the late season archery in the desert unit in 2009 I think.

Boy, that is some bad luck on the multi-season tag.  Can you get a refund on that?  If not, then you really have to bag the main season(s), and put all of your chips on the late Quilomene tag.  In that case, you kind of have to go for a monster, or nothing.  Sorry to put pressure on you.  Get a great one for all of us!

Some of the roads can be pretty nasty at times but you can run most roads on a Fourwheeler out there. But I'll be putting my time in off the road trying to find a big buck..I saw this buck just after the rifle season was up and was able to follow him until he was gonna drop his horns but lost track of him unfortunately. Hopefully he shows up this year!
