Title: archery late season margret cows
Post by: Button Nubbs on June 14, 2014, 08:21:05 PM
I was lucky enough to draw a cow tag for archery in the margret this year. Ive never stepped foot in the unit but some of my hunting partners drew the tag about 6 years ago. I plan to do some scouting, but I'm gonna spend early season chasing bulls on my usual haunts so this is gonna be a late season tag for me. (hopefully not) I plan on buying the weyco pass. I know things can change drastically from early season until late, I was just curious on what to expect in the late season, should I make it that far. Input?

Plenty of cows around there.  Maybe a lil spooked come late but they will be out in the cuts.

Shouldn't be too tough. A guy could stick one not too far from the highway.
