Title: selah, wa fire. still hunt it?
Post by: davef on June 17, 2014, 10:36:18 PM: So about 6000 acres lit up today and in wondering if there goes my hunt. Should I find somewhere new or just hope for the best? Its a very convenient place to hunt.

Depending on which season you are looking to hunt, it will be somewhere between little to plenty of green.
Did you know that deer like to frequent fresh burns?
For now, you are concerned about next to nothing! :tup:

Post by: davef on June 19, 2014, 11:26:20 PM: Yeah deer hunting. Sometimes go after a spike out there depending on the snows. I just dont want to see the entire unit get closed. Last report was 10,000 plus acres burned.
