Title: Comment Now--2015-2021 Game Managment Plan

Comment by July 18.  Game management priorities for the next 6 years.  Several ways to comment.

One item I'm hitting on is no special bear damage permits to timber companies that have restricted (fee or closed) access to licensed hunters during state bear seasons.
