Title: Brisket Recipe And All Around Good Rub.
Post by: Boss .300 winmag on June 26, 2014, 09:07:14 PM
I used this recipe on brisket and it was yummy, so I used it on ribs, pork lion and pork chops.

So if you are looking for a good all round dry rub here it is.

I'm going to try it on steaks in a couple weeks.

Plus if you like your rub sweeter just add more brown sugar to taste, I add almost 1/4 cup more when I make the rub.  :cue:

Enjoy all.

That's a good recipe. I suggest using some cumin also. Very similar to mine and I use smoked paprika.
