I went out this afternoon to do some glassing. The wind was picking up maybe 10-15 mph it was fun. I went by my self and it was nice to just enjoy the evening and not worry if your friend was thinking ah lets go nothing is showing up. I sat for about 30min I didn't see anything. I did some howls and had one come in about 450 yards. I howled again he stoped looked my way and took off running! My next set walked 1/4 mile from my car. Sat for 15 min than sounded off a howl. Followed up with a hand call rabbit 20 seconds and in less than a minute this guy came in down wind. I took him about 150 yards. I had no idea he was just a little guy. Got back to the car headed down the canyon and spotted two coyotes working down the hill. I thought how to get to them but they were moving fast. Thas when i floored it got to the bend and found out there were five more little guys just playing. I watched just 10' away, they didn't care that I stopped next to them and watched them. I followed one down the road as he ate beetles. I'm sure I shot there brother. It was a good evening. Sorry little guy.

That's some good shooting. Smaller targets make it more challenging.
