I have a mec650 progressive press, Winchester AA hulls, several bags of lead #4 shot, and I would like to load heavy field upland game shells with a minimum velocity of ~1330. Is this possible? What kind of powder, wad, and bushings do I need? Any help is appreciated.

What do you call heavy??
I’m assuming we are discussing 12g here (why would anyone bother with any other gauge)?
For that velocity you’ll be limited to 1 ¼ oz. Drop to 1200fps and you can bump up to 1½ . 1200 fps will probably pattern better anyway and whatever you are shooting with it won’t know the difference.
