Unless he's spending this elk season in a secure, undisclosed location, I think I've got a good chance at him this year.

Post by: Wose on July 23, 2014, 12:08:27 AM: Man, I hope so. I'm a Kentucky native, so I never even saw an Elk until I moved out to the Northwest, so any Elk I can put in the freezer would be good for me.

The biggest bonus is that I took this photo 8 miles from my front door. When we lived in Oregon I had to drive for hours to get into Elk.

That's a really cool sucess story. It's been good for the state and elk.
