So I am going to buy a GoPro this evening.
The question I cannot get a comfortable answer in my mind after Google research is which one. I am always buying up and I am trying to be more practical and start buying just what I need.
So this will be used mostly for day time activities such:
1. Hanging off the wakeboard tower on my boat filming my nino's.
2. Fishing off the Jet sled or Drift boat for Steelhead and Salmon on the Peninsula rivers or Grays Harbor and Willapa Bay.
3. Elk hunting back country wherever the elk take me each year.
4. Goofing off in general.
Is the low light feature on the Black really all that important? It is not like any of this will end up on T.V. or anything.
Any GoPro experts out there that would help a guy out and chime in?

I have the silver 3+. It seems to function ok in low light. I didn't know the black was better for low light. I'm sure either will work fine for the activities you named.

Thanks for the input on low light. I will order the silver now.

I have the black and have not used it as much as I would like.
The Bluetooth feature is awesome though.
