Well picked up a new remington 700 .300 win mag. Been wanting one for quite some time now. I know it's a cheap adl and the scope comes on it is worthless, but for $449 I wasn't gonna get a better deal IMO. For someone who doesn't rifle hunt deer or elk it will suit me fine for bear. I plan on by this time next year upgrading the scope to something vortex, and buying a good stock.(https://hunting-washington.com/smf/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fimg.tapatalk.com%2Fd%2F14%2F08%2F02%2F7unynavy.jpg&hash=446102fea33ecf076994b07f67b477ee0f085b5f)

That'll do just fine. You can do a ton with that gun. Good purchase.

I did the same thing with an -06. Put a Bell & Carlson Alaskan II stock, single piece rings and a Vortex scope. I also got a clearance deal on the detachable mag conversion so that is on there as well.
At the end of the day, you end up with a fantastic rifle for a very competitive price.
