Title: Morning/collard dove hybrids?!

Been seeing some weird looking doves recently.
Earlier today i saw what looked and flew like morning doves(pointed tail) but when i got a closer look they had those black collars on them.
Been seeing this more often.

 If its got a collar
 the man won't holler
 when you shoot 'em
 so you can eat  'em.
