Which counties allow ATVs on county roads with a 35 mph limit or less?

Kittitas – yes
Snohomish - ?
Is there a list by county somewhere?

I believe Okanogan county is on hold pending a lawsuit filed by the Methow Valley Citizens’ Council and Conservation Northwest.

That  was round one.Second time passed and now being sued again.

Thanks Dick.  It’s a confusing issue and it’s hard to keep track of what the current laws are.
