Hey,
Have never hunted Doves before, more of a waterfowler but I wanna try it this year. Anyone within a decent drive of Maple Valley willing to show me the ropes. Opening day.
Thanks
Paul

Here's the key to Dove hunting....
Hunt them EXACTLY like ducks.
Camo up and everything.
It will really increase your odds.
In the Morning time, they will be flying from a roost location to either grit or water or both, after that food plots.
Look to set up between a roost and a food sorse.
Good example would be to sit next to a river where there a couple lonely trees.... decoys in tree will bring 'em in from a ways off.
Plus... remember your duck hunting training, they fly quicker than teal, and can see in color like all birds.
So don't give them something to flare them off.
