We are hammering the Ho's. Anchovies, herring and spinners. Doesn't matter. 2 hours last night after work we ran out of bait.
Kept 7 hatchery coho, lost a pig Chinook, released a decent Chinook and released some Nate coho but lost count on those.
5 boats out last night.

Sounds like you had the whole place to yourself. Good times!

I was just over on Ifish reading the Buoy 10 thread and it sounds like it's been on fire ALL week and very few there to enjoy it, Nice job.

Most go for kings. Myself included.

i would still be down there if i hadnt had my throttle cable broke when we came in last week but glad to hear still goo fishing and good work

I don't understand the go for kings only mentality.
These coho are feisty, and great eating. 3 12 Lb. Coho are better than 1 20 Lb URB. And we catch these fish all day long.
I really think it is awesome, 5 boats on the water tonight.

some guys get all worked up for kings for some reason. i've always thought silvers were a lot more exciting to fish for, and usually taste better(than fall kings at least, nothing compares to springers).
