So are the cows in the clockum getting wiped out this archery season with all those tags?
-
I hope not. I have a rifle tag in Oct.
-
I had one and didn't use it.

We got 2 more tags left out of 9 in our group, its not pretty but meat in the freezer and crazy elk pop control
It wont be that bad, I bet only 100-120 of those tags get filled.
-
I know two guys that had then and didn't use them.
-
Mine will go unused as well.

Was up there this morning. Saw 11 bulls & only 2 cows. One 6x6 bull was alone, Another 6x6 was with a spike and a forkie. :dunno: why the big guys didn't have any gals with them.

nock nock, I ran into you this year, you were in your can am and you hadnt got your elk yet, just wondering if you finally connected with one.
-
mine is unused so far. getting ready to head back over. I know of 10 cow tags unused and one quality tag unused.
People have been seeing plenty of elk but after the first couple days the cows have been spooked.

Mine went unused. Broke my bow (screw fell out of a cam and locked the strings up in full draw). Ended up talking to a bunch of great bulls.
-
I know of at least 4 possible 5 if he didn't get one last night
-
We had 3 cow tags that went unfilled.
-
Jstone I connected at about the spot your bull stood back up a few years back but it went down hill a tad further:)) My bro was not happy:)) Another long day and night!
-
My son and I both drew. Neither used our "cow" tag. We were together and took a spike last Sunday with a 22 yard shot to the heart.
