To be published was always a dream of mine. I like to write and it was always a goal of mine to get something into print. After my story was selected as a feature story in Eastmans Bowhunting Journal I was ecstatic. During Eastmans printing process Horns and Hooks had also shown interest in my story. I sent it in and was waiting for word about what they were going to do with it. I received a message from a HW member to check the H&H Facebook page and was shocked to see my picture on the cover. I am truly honored to have been selected for the cover story and am more than pleased with the arrangement of both my photos and story. Both magazines did a great job with it and although they took different creative paths the story was told and my words are in print for all to see. It was such a special experience for me I’m so glad I could share it with others. I hope that people get that excited feeling in their chest as they follow my adventure. It truly has become a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you fellow HW member for giving me such positive reviews on my write up. My confidence was boosted and it prompted me to submit my story and I am forever grateful.
