Help me identify what this is..... please. I know its a tail but the only thing I can think of is a skunk.

This trail cam had elk, deer, cougar and horseback riders.

Post by: RadSav on September 17, 2014, 01:58:30 AM: How far off the ground is this camera? Skunk tails aren't very tall, but I agree that sound possible. Hair fans up so doubtful it could be much else. But dang that would be a low placed camera!

Maybe squirrel climbing the tree :dunno:

Post by: lostbackpacker on September 17, 2014, 07:17:24 AM: It was only bout a foot off the ground. Maybe two feet at most. It is on the same cam that had my pics of the cougar. The ground dropped off bout 2 1/2 feet 6 ft from where cam was.
