This is thirty pounds of finished beef jerky I will probably have about ten more pounds of finished jerky give or take a little when all is said and done.

very nice. I love me some jerky but could there have been a steak or two? my mouth is watering. my favorite jerk is of the cracked pepper & garlic variety. at any rate that is a nice stash.

Soak it briefly in half Soy sauce and half Teriyaki, then sprinkle with freshly cracked black pepper and garlic powder. I'm droolin' :tup:

Thanks guy's.No steaks here just cryo pack full round.I use black pepper red pepper granulated garlic brown sugar soy sauce and fruit juice. :)
