Well, after looking for a new career for quite sometime, I found out yesterday that I got cleared for hire at a large aerospace company in the area :IBCOOL: and I start on the 3rd! So today, my brother and I decided to cook up some elk steak, sweet potatoes and salad. And of course some Men's Room Black to wash it down! I marinaded the elk for a couple hours in about 2 cups of red wine, 1 cup of yoshida's gourmet sauce, about 3 or 4 cloves of garlic, and 1/4 cup sweet onion...once done marinating it I reduced the marinade and added corn starch to thicken it up. So good and happy to start my career there! :IBCOOL:
