Title: My first bull toutle bull
Post by: X12shtr on September 24, 2014, 10:14:59 AM: Dont pass on the first day what you would shot on the last. These are the words i hunt by probley why I have killed 5 cows and this is my first bull. I passed on two spikes and a 3point and dropped the first 4 point. I was hunt by my self and was beside my self when I stuck him he did nt even run and only went 20 yards after I made my 43 yards shot. Tryed to shoot again and pulled back three more times could not keep my pins on him, so i never toke that second shot.

I measure what the freezer is currently holding in elk meat. If it is low like this year you wack the first bull that comes in...

Post by: X12shtr on September 27, 2014, 09:07:15 AM: Well thanks guys i live in washington for 8 years now and livened in Florida most of my life so 5 cows one bull is a pretty good record then from what my buddy's have said only been two years that I have not shot my elk and one of those i had surgery and could not hunt
