Just thought I'd share some pics from the small herd of elk in my home state of Pennsylvania. I believe there are around 70 permits given out per year, and it is close to a 100% success rate. Although these bulls are not in the 400" class, every year several are shot. My neighbor shot one last year that scored 393".

A lotta luck, but I don't think this price of the tag is too bad though; I'll look into it. The "Non Resident" hunting license isn't too bad at all...$101.

I guess I was referring to their Governor's tag.
