Title: huntwa member hunt camp identification ?
Post by: scottcrb on September 30, 2014, 12:13:55 PM: I know a lot of us spend many hours in the woods scouting and hunting, driving the various roads,and trails throughout the many GMU's of our state. I can't even begin to tell the number of hunt camps I.have passed. I was thinking it would be cool to identify the hunt wa members out in the sticks. Maybe say hi introduce yourself ,offer a hand , share some info . Maybe something as simple as a paper plate with a big red dot. Posted in front of your camp. Any .thoughts? I'll be out Thursday for a week in taneum and manashtash. Come say hi .

ha I get that to... a tenative stare and then ummm are you Runamuk...lol yup.... :)

I used to have one of Kains stickers but it was on a jeep that went byebye in a parting of ways.

I drive a pretty recognizable truck its got all sorts of stickers on the tailgate and the canopy doesnt match.... makes it tough to blend in and be anonymous.

Although I highly doubt anyone will be traveling by. Coffee will always be available, Sorry no cold ones.

Off the 1701 up by the 530? We camp off 655 we have a camp coot sign at our camp. Stop in and say hi.

It's our second year in the 340 after spending the last ~15 years in 342 (probably saw some of you guys off of 1701 at some point, though we normally we in the Cow Canyon area). We'll have a wooden sign hanging up that says "Taj Mahal Hunting Lodge". Stop by and say hi.

Anyone going to identify their camp this year? Anyone common thing we could all do ? Let's keep it going through modern season. I'm hoping to drive around camps and give away beer this year.
